Just when you thought your favourite perfume would be discontinued or perhaps downsized due to the global financial crisis, perfume brands have announced the release of new and exciting fragrances to add to their collection.Designer brands like Chloe and Marc Jacobs are not hindered by the latest fashion threat and will be launching new fragrances later in the year.
Come October, popular fashion label Chloe will add a new addition to their Eau de Parfum range, the latest addition called Intense. The perfume is described as “enchanting” and “imperial”. Intense has rose, sandalwood, pink pepper and Tonka bean notes which has a sweet yet mystifying smell. As pure Chloe style the new perfume comes with a distinguished grey ribbon tied around it.
Fashion icon Marc Jacobs has received high praise in the fashion world and is working his way to the top of fragrances finest too. The much-anticipated fragrance Lola is the “sultrier sister to daisy” and will be released in September. The sexy pink peppercorn, , fuchsia peony, ruby red grapefruit and vanilla and creamy musk notes make the signature fragrance one of a kind. Marc Jacobs knows how to build on his successful designs and will also make this fragrance available in cream, lotion and shower gel.
And finally, what fashion perfume collection would be complete without an entry from Giorgio Armani. The newest addition to his perfume empire will be for both men and women and are aiming to enhance the gender roles. Extreme is the new fragrance for men and is designed to enhance masculinity with its intoxicating warmer, oriental scent whilst Cedre Olympe is the fragrance for women and the Tonka bean, bitter orange and bergamot scent will have you entranced.
