Fashion shows, red carpets and high-class parties- these events make it difficult for a celebrity to decide what to wear. If they wear the wrong outfit they could end up on the worst dressed list, and nobody likes bad publicity. The red carpet is a like a runway for celebrities and with a new event comes a new outfit, and there have been a few red carpet events showcasing a variety of celebrity fashion do’s and don’ts.

BAFTA Awards-

The UK’s BAFTA Awards has left celebrities taking the ‘red’ carpet theme quite literally. Perhaps this trend should be put to rest, as the dominant colour clash is too much to bare. Long sweeping gowns and plunging necklines proved to be popular, and all in the one shade. If they were in another colour, then the bold dresses would have made a fashionable contrast.

Film Premieres-

It seems that most celebrities usually get it right when arriving at their films premiere, all bar Anna Faris. She is the latest celebrity to make you go ‘wow’ at her films (“Observe And Report”) debut. Her long, opened chest-ed dress was certainly a fashion no no and is one dress that she will be remembered for, for all the wrong reasons.

High-Class Parties-

No one does a party better than a rich girl from the Hills of Hollywood. Lauren Conrad and her “The Hills” posse attended the PaletFest09, looking as glamorous as ever. Conrad stood out by far in her citrus ruffled Phillip Lim dress. This is one celeb who managed to red the red carpet look right, matching her bright coloured dress with a tan belt and shoes, preventing the yellow overkill.
