It appears that some in the fashion world believe Lindsay Lohan has what it takes to be the next ‘top’ model. Ms Lohan is to be offered a modelling contract and couldn’t be more thrilled.

Now, the Mean Girls actress may be thinking of a career change, saying she could give up her acting career to become a model. Ms Lohan said she enjoyed photo shoots and modelling campaigns and felt like it wasn’t work.

This actress come model has attracted the attention of Senior Vice President for IMG Models Ivan Bart, opting to meet with her for a contract. Mr Bart told The Age “She’s a beautiful girl and obviously knows a lot about fashion. Providing that she was contractually free, we would take a meeting.”

This is not the first time Ms Lohan has appeared interested in modelling. She has previously appeared in campaigns for some of fashions greatest, modelling for Jill Stuart, Miu Miu, Dooney and Bourke and Forarina.

Only time will tell if Lindsay is really ‘model material’ and if she will give up her life long acting dream. We will soon see if she will fit in to the fashion world and if indeed she makes the IMG model ‘cut’.
